What is your return policy?

What does it mean for an item to be available for “pre-order”?

An item that is available for pre-order can be purchased by customers before it is commercially available. The pre-ordered item will be shipped to the customer at a later date when the product is officially released.

Our Shipping Policy

We ship both domestically and internationally. To ensure that your package is delivered, please make sure that your exact address and all pertinent information are entered correctly. Archer Press, LLC does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrectly entered addresses or failure to retrieve the package from the entered address.

Domestic Orders:

Please allow up to 4 business days (excluding holidays) to process your order. Domestic shipments are shipped according to the USPS standards and the calculated weight of your order. All shipments are couriered through the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days after processing.

International Orders:

Please allow up to 4 business days (excluding holidays) to process your order. International shipments are shipped according to the USPS standards and the calculated weight of your order. All shipments are couriered through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow between 7-21 business days after processing to receive your order.
